At COMMENSE, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for most items in their original condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and garments are unworn to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
